All Iinstallation and fabrication screw concealed with clip over cover.

Installation:

All Crimsafe Ultimate Cyclone Debris Screens are to be installed using Crimsafe patented 410 stainless security head, tamper resistant installation screws with a spacing of 50mm from the corners and then no more than 150mm spacings.

Technical information

Wire:

304 structural grade, high tensile-tuff® stainless steel, 0.9mm wire diameter, 800 + 40 Mpa.

Mesh:

Plain weave, 0.9mm Mesh – 10 Count Mesh i.e: 10 strands on the weft x 10 strands on the warp, per square inch / 25.4mm of mesh.

Plain weave, 1.2mm Mesh – 8 Count Mesh i.e: 8 strands on the weft x 8 strands on the warp, per square inch / 25.4mm of mesh.

Woven to Standards ISO 9044/ ASTM E2016:06.

Apertures:

The Crimsafe mesh has apertures on average of 1.5mm x 1.5mm (0.9mm) and 2.0mm x 2.0mm (1.2mm).

Open Area:

The open area of the Crimsafe woven mesh is 41.6% (0.9mm) and 39% (1.2mm).

Extrusion:

Extruded aluminium alloy 6063.

Clamping System:

Crimsafe patented, tamper resistant, perimeter Screw-Clamp™ system, securing the mesh in the frame with patented 410 stainless security head screws, spaced every 25mm staggered penetrating through the clamp, the mesh and into the screen frame.

Surface Coatings:

Powder coat application as per AS4506: 2005 Metal Finishing for thermoset powder coatings.
